hy Bakery is a Japanese and Korean-inspired bakery and café on Level 3 of The Galleria. hy means 'community' in Arabic. We serve Uji matcha, all-day breakfast, sourdough sandwiches and an in-house bakery — Coffee Buns, cinnamon rolls, Korean sea-salt sourdough rolls — with specialty coffee. Open from 8am daily.
